The law firm Valdés & Valdés was founded in 1980
by Mr. Gilberto Valdes Monroy (+). It started working in the Intellectual Property area, but during the passing of the years and attending to the customers requirements, the services were expanded to all other Law areas.
Nowadays, the Law Firm Valdes & Valdes, has expanded its services to a lot of businesses in Guatemala, Central, North and South America, and a portion of Europe; working in trademarks, Copyright, Invention Patents, among all other Intellectual Property areas; we deal with civil matters, labor law, and much more.
